Marcus Williams is an accomplished leader in hospitality and commercial real estate with over 30 years of experience driving investments, development, and operational excellence across the Southeast. As a licensed real estate broker and top-producing sales executive, Williams has built a career leading sales and development for globally recognized hotel brands, consistently delivering exceptional value, innovation, and quality. 

Williams is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MLW Strategic Partners, a commercial real estate investment and development firm with offices in North Carolina and Florida. Under his leadership, the company specializes in high-impact projects across the hospitality, mixed-use commercial, and sports and entertainment sectors, with a focus on revitalizing communities through strategic partnerships and long-term growth.

board member of the Washington County Travel and Tourism Authority and currently serves as a board member of the Martin County NC Chamber of Commerce. Williams is a member of Coldwell Banker's 2018 International Diamond Society and holds Certifications in Property Management and Commercial Real Estate Investment.
